coconut, milk: 6 29

Steps
1. Roast soybeans until dark brown. Break the grains using a rolling pin or pestle. Separate the hull.
2. Mix malagkit rice with roasted soybeans and boil with water and diluted coconut milk, stirring once in a while to avoid burning at the bottom.
3. Add sugar and salt when rice is cooked. Serve hot or cold, top with thick coconut milk.
