bean sprouts: 3 29
oil, cooking/salad: 1/4 29

Steps
1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add green peppers, onion, celery, and bean sprouts. Saute for 2 minutes but do not brown.
2. Add boiling water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Make a paste by combining flour, soy sauce, salt, and water as needed.
4. Add paste to the vegetable mixture and cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot over noodles or rice.
