Green Soybean Guinataan

Ingredients
soya, beans: 1 29
water: 3/4 29
sugar: 1 1/4 29
coconut, milk: 1 1/3 29
buko: 1 29
camote: 1 29

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps
1. Prepare thin syrup by mixing 3/4 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar.
2. Add soybeans and cook for 5 minutes
3. Add 1/2 cup sugar a little at a time. Cook for another 10 mn.
4. Add camote, coconut milk and the remaining sugar. Cook for 10 more minutes.
5. While still hot, add grated buko. Serve cold or hot.
