Ingredients
grapes: 1/2 29
lemon: 1 31
butter: 1/4 29
egg, chicken: 2
sugar: 1/2 31
pastry:
vanilla: 1 31
syrup, corn: 1 29

Steps
1. Pour 1 cup boiling water over raisins. Let stand 5 minutes and drain. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir butter and sugar together and blend in rest of the ingredients.
3. Add drained raisins. Line muffin cups with pastry. Do not prick pastry. Fill cups 2/3 full.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until pastry is golden. Do not allow to bubble.

Comments
To pevent butter tarts from bubbling over, stir as little as possible.
