Steps
1. Boil the cowpeas until they are soft and most of the liquid has evaporated.
2. Wash Nkontommere and then steam for 10 mn.
3. Cut onions and tomatoes into pieces and fry in the oil. Add pepper to prepare sauce.
4. Wash the salted and smoked fish and add to the sauce. Stir constantly.
5. Mash the boiled nkontommere and add sauce. Add the boiled cowpeas, add salt to taste. Allow to simmer for 10 mn.
6. Serve with boiled yam and plantain, rice, bu rabusko, or couscous.
