milk: 170
egg, chicken: 1
sugar: 50 6
flour, wheat: 120 6
nutmeg: 6 6

Steps
1. Soak cowpeas, remove the husks, and grind them into a smooth paste.
2. Prepare batter with flour, milk, and egg (diluted milk is 1/2 milk + 1/2 water).
3. Add nutmeg and the cowpea paste to batter, mix well, and allow to stand for 30 mn.
4. Shallow fry and roll in granulated sugar. Serve with slices of lemon.
