oil, sesame: 1 27
onion, green: 1 27
sauce, hot: 1 31
salt, table:
bean sprouts: 4 48
kimchee: 4 48

Steps
1. Marinate sprouts in seasoning sauce.
2. Clean and wash beef; cut into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Cut kimchee and set aside. Heat oil on a high flame, add beef; stir-fry until color changes.
4. Add rice, stir; add kimchee and seasoned soybean sprouts.
5. Cook and stir, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with hot sauce.
