Steps
1. Simmer meat, tomato, onion, parsley and celery. Cook the bananas and grind them. Make dough with the bananas and margarine, eggs, meat broth, and season.
2. Dice meat and season.
3. Spread dough on leaf or foil and begin making the tamales (bundles) filled with meat mixture and olives.
4. Wrap in prepared leaves or aluminum foil. Tie them with string annnd cook them in boiling water for 30 mn. Serve hot.
