Steps
1. Take some taros, the size of large nuts, peel, blanch 8 minutes in boiling water, drain, and dry them well.
2. Dust with flour to finish the drying. Brown the taros in very hot fat. Well prepared, they are delicious and can be served alone or with poultry or a roast.
