Banana Soup

Steps
1. Put beef or bone in 4 qts. water and cook for 4 hours to make stock.
2. Blanch bananas in cold water brought to boil. Dice potatoes, tomatoes, chop scallion and garlic; add to beef stock. Reduce stock by half and add diced bananas.
3. Add salt, pepper and thyme and coconut milk. Cook for 5 mn longer. Serve hot.
