Ingredients
milk: 1/2 29
flour, rice: 1 29
water: 1/2 29
sugar: 1/2 29
oil, cooking/salad: 2 29

Steps
1. Mix rice flour and sugar in a bowl. Add water and milk to make a smooth batter. Cover and set aside at least one hour.
2. Heat oil in a cooking pan. Deep-fry 2 tbsp batter at a time until the pitha turns brown on both sides. Drain pitha very well. Serve hot or cold.
