Ingredients

potatoes: 1 1/2 kg
onions: 1
olives: 10
lemon: 4 teaspoons
chillies: 1 teaspoons
egg, chicken: 3
cheese: 1/2 kg
pepper
salt
oil, cooking/salad: 1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Mix lemon juice with onion, salt, pepper, and chili.
2. Boil potatoes, peel and mash very well. Add marinated onion mixture; beat with fork to make a smooth paste. Gradually add oil (adjust seasoning, if necessay). Place mixture in a mold.
3. Garnish with olives, chopped hard-boiled eggs, or cubed cheese.
