Green Mango Salad

Ingredients

mangoes: 2
onions: 6
garlic: 3
shrimps: 4 tablespoon
sauce, patis: 2 tablespoon
oil, cooking/salad: 1/2 cup

Steps

1. Peel mangoes; cut into slices; soak in salted water. Heat oil; saute onion and garlic until brown and crisp.
2. Remove from oil and keep in an airtight bottle. Pound dry prawns and set aside.
3. Drain mangoes and mix with the rest of the ingredients including pounded prawns.
4. Top with fried onion.
