Ingredients

butter: 3 27
water: 1 29
egg, chicken: 1
sugar: 1 29
baking powder: 2 31
flour, wheat: 2 29
nutmeg: 1 1/2 31
salt, table: 1/2 31
oil, frying:

Steps
1. Sift flour in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, salt, and butter. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs; add milk and water. Pour mixture onto the dough and blend thoroughtly. Knead for 5 minutes.
3. Put 1 tbsp of dough separately, 5-6 at a time, in hot oil and deep-fry until light brown. Repeat until all dough is used. Serve hot.
