Ingredients
flour, maize: 1 8
water: 2 10

Steps
1. Boil water; add flour little by little (to avoid fornation of balls) until the mixture becomes thick;
2. Keep on stirring until it is well cooked.
3. Serve with beef stew or chicken stew, or fish.
