1. Beat eggs thoroughly. Boil milk, then add sugar and flour; mix very well.
2. Add eggs and butter; mix well. Pour mixture into medium-size curry bowl with covers.
3. Place bowls in a large pot with 10 pints water and steam for 1 hour.
