Steamed Fonio with Okra

Ingredients

fonio: 200 6

Steps
1. Wash fonio and remove excess water in a kitchen towel.
2. Boil water in a couscous pot, add fonio slowly, and cover pot tightly so that steam does not escape. Steam 20 minutes.
3. Leaving the pot on the fire, remove the fonio, mix with a little water, cover, and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
4. Return fonio to couscous pot and steam 20 minutes.
5. Repeat operations 3 and 4.
6. Mix with boiled okra and serve.
