Bean Cake

Ingredients
beans, kidney: 1 29
ghee: 1/2 29
water:

Steps
1. Boil the beans enough to remove the skins.
2. Boil the beans until tender. Let the water dry in the beans.
3. Mash the cooked beans, add the ghee and continue mashing until smooth and stiff.
4. Shape into a rectangle and serve on a banana leaf tied at the top with a string.
