Beans Koki

Ingredients

Steps
1. Soak the beans in cold water. Peel off the skins and wash.
2. Put in a woolen bowl or mortar, add peppers and grind with a pestle until the beans are all crushed and become soft and fluffy. Add salt to taste annd stir.
3. Add a little cold water and continue to stir.
4. Warm oil slightly, add to mixture and stir.
5. Wrap the mixture in leaves, tie firmly and steam in a pot until cooked.
