Cassava Leaves with Groundnuts

Steps
1. Wash and pound the leaves in a mortar until fine.
2. Boil the leaves in salted water for about one hour, adding more water if necessary.
3. Pound and sift the groundnuts.
4. Add the groundnut flour to the cassava leaves and cook for about 10 minutes
5. Season to taste and serve.
