Amaranth with Beans

Steps
1. Cook the beans.
2. Wash the tomatoes and onion, cut and add to the beans.
3. Add the oil or groundnuts, mix well and add amaranth leaves, cut and washed.
4. Cook for 5-10 minutes and serve with "nshima" (boiled cowpeas) or rice.
