Steps
1. Use brown coowpeas. Soak the maize and cowpeas separately overnight.
2. The maize may be pounded to remove the husk. Boil the maize until partly cooked.
3. Add the cowpeas to the maize and cook until tender (whole grains) and the liquid has evaporated. Add salt.
4. Serve with chunks of fresh coconut annd roasted groundnuts as a snack.
