Soy Ice Candy


soya, beans: 1 cup
milk: 2 cup
water: 1 cup
sugar: 1 cup
salt, table: 1 teaspoon
vanilla: 1 teaspoon

Cooking Time (minutes): advanced (over night)

1. Soak soybeans in water overnight then drain.
2. With the use of a blender, blend soybeans and boiling water for 10 mn.
3. Extract soybean milk with the use of a cheese cloth.
4. Freeze soybean milk extract until mushy.
5. Toast the pulp until golden brown. Set aside.
6. Remove half-frozen soybean milk and mixture of other ingredients from freezer.
7. Whip the soybean milk until light.
8. Fold into the mixture of ingredients until well blended. Add the toasted pulp and freeze.
