Chocolate Fudge Pudding


milk: 1/2 cup
butter: 55 g
water: 1 1/2 cups
sugar: 1 cup
cocoa, powder: 2 tablespoon
flour, wheat: 1 cup

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)

1. Mix flour, sugar, and 1 tbsp cocoa in a bowl.
2. Melt butter in milk, then add to dry ingredients and mix.
3. Put into a well-greased ovenproof dish. Mix brown sugar and remaining cocoa and sprinkle on top. Pour hot water on batter. Do not stir or mix.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour until the top is cake-like, with sauce underneath. Delicious with whipped cream or ice cream.
