This webinar will launch the series of five webinars called “Community Engagement Days” organised by the Inclusive Rural Transformation and Gender Equity Division (ESP) of FAO in collaboration with the Belgian Cooperation.
The series will review achievements, potential and challenges of community engagement for empowerment in development and humanitarian interventions and strategies. This first webinar will showcase the state of the art of community engagement for empowerment approaches, their potential impact on alleviating rural poverty, enhancing gender equality and achieving inclusive rural transformation.
