Thanks to the development of a pilot initiative on Chiloé Island, the country reaffirms its commitment to strengthening school feeding programs and policies.

During the webinar, successful cases from Brazil, Ecuador, and Guatemala were presented.

The initiative is organized by FAO Ecuador and by Food Coalition, with the support of the Sustainable School Feeding Network (RAES).

This is another contribution from the Brazil-FAO International Cooperation in school feeding for the countries of the LAC region.

Encuentro se realizará en la sede de la FAO para América Latina y el Caribe en Santiago de Chile y contará con la presencia de ministros de Agricultura de la región.

Las acciones buscarán el desarrollo rural y la inclusión económica de mujeres rurales. El acuerdo contribuirá para las iniciativas del proyecto +Algodón.

For the period 2024-2027, the focus will be on strengthening and expanding the Sustainable School Feeding Network (RAES).
