
Expert Round Table - Best practices in export promotion: Experiences in Latin America, Europe and Central Asia

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and The Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO) are organizing an Expert Round Table Best practices in export promotion: Experiences in Latin America, Europe and Central Asia.
The objective of the two-day Round Table is to contribute to the development of export promotion strategies and plans in Eastern Europe and Central Asia through an analysis of experiences in the region as well as other countries.
Expected outcomes
The Expert Round Table will serve to clarify some of the key issues related to the design and implementation of export promotion policies and programs and outline lessons learned and recommendations for the countries in Europe and Central Asia.
Participants
Researchers and experts with experience in designing, implementing or analysing export promotion policies and programs are invited to participate. Limited resources are available to cover travel expenses of the presenters.
