The role of women in the sustainability of mountainous areas

The Institute of Research and Development for Mountain Regions of the Mediterranean Islands and the Social Support Network for Mountain Regions, within the framework of the International Year of Sustainable Mountain Development and on the occasion of the upcoming International Mountain Day (December 11th), are organizing an event on the theme: "The role of women in the sustainability of mountainous areas", on Sunday, December 11 at 11:00 a.m., in the Gymnasium and Lyceum of Soleas in Evrychou. As part of the event, poems related to the theme of the day will be recited by students of the Apeitio Gymnasium of Agros and the Solea Lyceum, while there will be relevant suggestions/presentations.
