联合国粮食及农业组织（粮农组织）可以发挥重要作用，鼓励采取一致和合理的做法，对世界各地的非法、不报告和不管制（IUU）捕鱼活动进行预计。关于这一主题的一系列指导性文件的第一卷概述了适用于广泛的预计IUU捕鱼情景的指导原则和方法。其首先根据工作的具体目标确定对IUU捕鱼的哪些组成部分进行预计。然后，其有助于基于渔业、物种、区域和感兴趣的时间范围为预计工作设定界限。介绍了自上而下和自下而上的方法学路径，并举例说明了将IUU捕捞总量划分为构成的活动的方法，或分别从很小规模到形成总体合计数字来汇编对IUU捕鱼的预计。还介绍了使利益攸关方和决策者能最大限度理解的方式展示结果的想法。 下载 PDF  

2022年12月13日至14日，《港口国措施协定》信息交流开放性技术工作组（信息交流技术工作组）第三次会议在意大利罗马召开。信息交流技术工作组赞扬了开发全球信息交流系统取得的进展，为完善该系统提出了建议，并建议全球信息交流系统应在缔约方第四次会议批准后于2023年投入运作。 下载PDF
