On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Paris Agreement, the event, co-hosted by FAO and France, will highlight the key role of the agricultural sectors in supporting the Paris Agreement. Discussion will showcase how FAO works with key country partners to advance international discussions on agriculture and climate change, particularly since the adoption of the Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture which put agriculture at the centre of the international climate agenda, and will underscore the critical role of multilateral processes and climate governance as countries rebuild after COVID-19.
