La Biblioteca de la Facultad de Agronomía es un servicio de apoyo académico que contribuye a la formación integral de la comunidad universitaria para lo cual promueve la búsqueda del conocimiento en las diferentes disciplinas relacionadas con la agricultura, ciencias forestales, ganadería y materias afines. Fue fundada simultáneamente con la Facultad de Agronomía en el año 1907. Las colecciones están formadas por libros (43.000) , tesis (3.600) , publicaciones periódicas y seriadas (1100, aproximadamente 300 corrientes), literatura no convencional, bases de datos locales y externas; así como colecciones especiales de diversos organismos internacionales en diferentes soportes (FAO, IICA, USDA).
