DescriptionPostponed the abolition of a VAT refund on exports of soybeans and rapeseed until 31 December 2021, but only for farmers and companies exporting their own crops.

NotesThe abolition of the VAT refund on exports of soybeans and rapeseed (see MPPU Jan.’17) has been postponed to 31 December 2021, but only for farmers and companies exporting their own crops – implying that traders will no longer be eligible for refunds as of 1 September 2018. In the case of sunflowerseed, all tax refunds have been suspended since March 2018.
