DescriptionConfirmed final countervailing duties for biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia.

NotesThe U.S. International Trade Commission found that biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia hurt US producers and that biodiesel production in the two countries is subsidized. The affirmation allows the countervailing duties set by the U.S. Commerce Department last November to come into force and remain in place for five years (see MPPU Dec.’17).
