NotesTurkey readmitted the Russian Federation to its list of accepted import tax-free origins for agricultural products including sunflower oil and sunflower meal. The Russian Federation had been suspended from the list last March, entailing that its shipments to Turkey faced prohibitive tariffs (see MPPU Apr.’17).
