NotesIn April, the U.S. International Trade Commission asserted that biodiesel imports from Argentina and Indonesia have harmed the US industry, thereby paving the way for the application of anti-dumping duties as determined by the U.S. Department of Commerce last February (see MPPU Mar.’18). According to press reports, Indonesian biodiesel exporters reacted by filing an appeal to the U.S. Court, while the Indonesian Government is considering to submit the case to the World Trade Organization.
