NotesArgentina requested formal consultations with Peru at the WTO over the anti-dumping duties Peru put in place on imports of biodiesel from Argentina in February 2016 (see MPPU Nov.16). Prior to the introduction of the trade barrier, Peru represented Argentinas second largest export market after the United States.
