Small Island Developing States Consultation on Sustainable Energy for All

The Small Island Developing States (SIDS) Conference, co-hosted by the Government of Barbados and the UN Development Programme (UNDP), will take place in Bridgetown, Barbados from 7 to 9 May 2012. Under the theme "Achieving Sustainable Energy for All in SIDS–Challenges, Opportunities and Commitments," the Conference and Roll-out of the Year of Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL) will include a high-level SIDS Sustainable Energy for All Conference on 7-8 May, followed by a SIDS Rio+20 UN Conference on Sustainable Development meeting on 9 May.
