Course on “Understanding and adapting to climate change in mountain areas”, 8-17 July 2012, Italy

The Fifth Summer Course, organized by the International Programme on Research and Training on Sustainable Management of Mountain Areas (IPROMO), the Mountain Partnership Secretariat at FAO and the University of Turin, will run  for 10 days, from 8 to 17 July 2012. This year,  IPROMO’s theme is “Understanding and adapting to climate change in mountain areas”. The course will be open to a maximum of 30 professionals who are part of the national delegations to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change UNFCCC – preference will be given to participants coming from countries which are members of the Mountain Partnership. The deadline for applications is 20 May 2012.
