Asociația My Transylvania

Asociația My Transylvania was founded in 2008. Our main activity is the organization of various events and programs that support small producers in rural areas of Romania and in the mountain area of the Carpathians. The NGO organizes over 100 events every year as well as a festival. Also, it developed two food labels. Through these activities, Asociația My Transylvania supports local mountain economies which are often based on pastoralism. 

The goal of the organization is to promote the development of rural and alpine heritage sites through alternative culinary events that represent the local cultures and traditions of Romanian mountains.
