Instituto de Montaña

Instituto de Montaña (IdM) is a Peruvian-based non-profit organization dedicated to mountain peoples in the Andean region and worldwide. IdM is staffed by a multidisciplinary team that is dedicated to fostering inclusive sustainable development in the mountain regions of Peru. IdM is guided by the following mission: “In a world facing unprecedented challenges, Instituto de Montaña supports the prosperity of mountain communities through applied research and local innovations grounded on their own culture and spirituality, sustainable economies and healthy environments”
