Aqua Team for Sustainable Development

Background

The two-week course Aqua Team for Sustainable Development held online on 8-19 May 2023, offers two lectures per day in English by high-level speakers. The series is conducted by the Mountain Partnership Secretariat, supported by the University of Turin - DISAFA.

In the first week (8-12 May) the training covers academic and institutional subjects (governance and regulations, controls, sanitation and ecosystems). The second week (15-19 May) focuses on investments and private sector, with companies presenting their business skills for the management of desalination, fish farming, irrigation.

The webinar is an opportunity for both learning and networking, with the aim of exchanging ideas and facilitating possible partnerships. Interested parties can make proposals for further contacts, clarifying what type of partner they are looking for, by writing to [email protected].
