RNE Regional Management Meeting
Overall objective: To reflect and exchange views on how to revitalize the field activities in the Near East, enhance coordination and foster team building, in the context of the FAO Renewal. 

Specific objectives:
  1. Provide an update on major events and decisions affecting FAO’s strategies and programmes and impacting on the decentralized offices
  2. Share country experiences on field programme development & implementation, with a view to improve the relevance, size and quality of FAO’s interventions in the Region, in support of FAO Strategic Objectives and the agreed Regional priorities
  3. Formulate concrete recommendations on how to effectively support FAO field activities and ensure a smooth “Functioning as one’’ in the Region, in the context of increased decentralization
