18 June 2015, Rome--- What does “climate change” imply for global food security and trade? That’s the question experts have tried to tackle in a new book called Climate Change and Food Systems. The book covers a number of issues, ranging from the pressures of climate change on food systems to how climate change impacts trade flows and water resources. The study also highlights how climate change impacts nutrition.

Aziz Elbehri is a senior economist with FAO in Rome. In the following interview he elaborates more on that research. (Interview conducted by Sandra Ferrari)
