London, UK 11 November – Earlier today, the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the United Nations and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) convened a Policy Dialogue at ACU’s Headquarters in London. The event brought together leading academics from prominent universities in the UK, Europe and Africa along with public, INGOs and private sector representatives from the UK, Qatar, Kuwait as well the World Bank to discuss the urgent issue of climate change and its impacts on agri-food system transformation.

These engagements underscored FAO's role within the United Nations system in Namibia and its commitment to sustainable development through SSC.
Mr. Ye met with the Ambassador of China to Namibia, H.E. Zhao Weiping, and the UN Resident Coordinator, Ms. Hopolang Phororo, emphasizing collaborative efforts that align with Namibia's national goals.
