مقاومة مضادات الميكروبات
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in the context of plant health has two implications, one is the resistance of plant pathogens against antimicrobials used as pesticides. The second is contributions of use of pesticides in plant production to the occurrence of AMR in human and animal pathogens. There are some antibiotics including streptomycin and oxolinic acid used to control bacterial diseases on crops. Rrecently there is growing concern regarding contributions of fungicide pesticides like the triazole fungicides to AMR. Plant health is an indispensible part of AMR program.
