Publications - 本报告由联合国粮食及农业组织（FAO）和世界卫生组织（WHO）联合发布，旨在解决高危害农药对人类健康和环境的重大威胁。高危害农药虽在所有登记农药中占比较小，但其对人类健康、生态系统及可持续农业构成了不可接受的风险。主要目标：逐步淘汰高危害农药，推广生态友好的替代方案，减少农药对健康和环境的负面影响。方法：通过加强政策监管、推广可持续农业实践、生物防治技术以及风险评估，减少对高危害农药的依赖。关键发现：高危害农药与农药中毒、自杀、环境污染、生物多样性减少密切相关，特别在中低收入国家问题尤为严重。
