The opening ceremony of the International Year of Plant Health in Poland is attended by the President of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Andrzej Duda, who officially launches the programme of national IYPH activities in the country. The conference "Plant health in the age of climate change" is organized by the State Plant Health and Seed Inspection Service, along with the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
