FAO recognizes advancements in sustainable plant production and protection

At the Global Technical Recognition Ceremony, FAO recognized institutions and organizations whose work exemplifies the Organization’s technical leadership and long-standing commitment to sustainable agrifood systems.
Sustainable plant production and protection was one of the six categories of this technical recognition. Of the nearly 300 nominations received from around the world for the category, 39 were selected for their innovative contributions to the transformation of cropping systems over the last four decades.
High-level event underscores progress of One Country One Priority Product Initiative
