Capacitación, promoción y coordinación

  • Seminarios web de DivSeek. Se organizaron dos seminarios web sobre DOI y GLIS en colaboración con DivSeek International Network. El primero de ellos se realizó el 17 de marzo 2020, y contó con la presencia de 18 participantes, entre los cuales se encontraban curadores de bancos de germoplasma, fitomejoradores y especialistas en documentación. El segundo, dirigido específicamente a América del Norte, se llevó a cabo el 27 de abril de 2020 y contó con 11 participantes de los mismos sectores de esta región.   • Indonesian Center for Agricultural Biotechnology and Genetic Resources Research and Development (ICABIOGRAD). “Information System and Exchanges of Genetic Resources for Effective Crop Improvement” workshop at the IPB International Convention Center from 20 to 21 August 2018. The training activities, funded by the Benefit-sharing Fund of the International Treaty, will review the experiences in the use of the GLIS Toolkit for the assignation of Digital Object Identifiers to rice material.   • CultiVar and GAIA.  COURSE in English. Genome editing in agriculture, engaging in policy, legal and institutional issues (International Thematic School).  From 23 to 25 May 2018 in Montpellier, France. This thematic school is free of charge. Please note that CultiVar can provide a couple of PhD students or teachers from developing countries with limited financial support (airfare and/or accommodation). Interest in receiving financial support is to be expressed in the cover letter. Deadline for applications: 20 March 2018.
