Third Party Beneficiary Committee
The Ad Hoc Third Party Beneficiary Committee (TPBC) was established by the Governing Body in 2007 and met four times between 2008 and 2011. The TPBC drafted the Third Party Beneficiary Procedures, including the Mediation Rules, which were adopted by the Governing Body in 2009 and 2011, respectively.
